Is the Mbox2 a good Audio Interface for Tracking out Vocals and Beats?

I was wondering if the mbox2 was a good interface for tracking out BEATS and VOCALS with good quality???????? I plan on getting one.....

if u gonna track beats on an Mbox,it will take a while. its got 2 inputs i think = a 16 track beat would take around 30 mins to track out.

Lol....30 min...well your being real nice. If he was to track out the hole track for 3 to 4 min per track at a 10 track beat would take about 30 to 40 min. dont forget about settting up the next track and getting the levels and what not fix up. i use to have the mbox one along time ago and i hated it for tracking beats...i was young an dumb.....

You all must not know that the Mbox is simply Pro tools without the control surface.I myself use the Digi 002, as far as tracking beats it depends on how many audio sources you used to create the track. Tracking is really not that hard.
Example: 16 bar sequence>play each instrument 16 bars>copy and paste to desired length of song>then you can automate each individual tracks (volume,mute,sends)>add plugins. As far as vocals its cool too, especially with hooks, no need to spit your main take and adlibs for your chorus 3-4 times, just copy and paste.
