I luv hip hop to the fullest, but my question is because a lot of cats think They know hip hop and even believe they live it, how can this be, me! myself i can break it down that i have live for my music but also that damm 9 to 5 that gives me that paper so that i can purchase these thing such as cd, studio equip. and thing just to make me own contribution to the music i love. so tell me do feel it, do it or live it. if so my anwers to is i am hip hop when not work for the man.

yo i live it i grew up around it, my uncle is a mc and he would freestyle to me when i was a baby my grandpa is a singer so i was bound to get the music bug, and thats what i am is hip hop, it ain't about knowing who is out their at the time, its the history of hip hop, the style the way we talk, you can't become hip hop over night you got to be born with that shit
