Is Anyone Familiar With EMU esi 2000 Sampler ?

So What It Is I Got A Sampler (The One In Title)
I Would Like To Have This Connected To My PC
It Has A SCSI Cable (CN 50)
I Know I Need To Mount It To A SCSI Card Or Summit & The PC Should Be The Other End Going Into The Same SCSI Card Is Any Of This Correct I Have Scoured The Usual Haunts (Dogsonacid) (sweetwater) (tweakheadz) I Managed To Get The Manual For It But It's A Tad Outdated When In Comes To Doing This
Any Advice Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated
Maybe It's Really Simple But Likes I Said I Have An Appallingly Short Attention Span

Yea so what you want to do won’t work. That scsi port is for external storage like a Zip drive or a hard drive for the sampler. You can’t go direct to your computer.

I've Seen Something Where It Connects Via Another Device Is That What 's Needed?
Like A Chain You Have Sampler Into Device x Into PC If Ya Get Me I Say Device x As I'm Unsure Of What It May Be

it wasn’t really designed that way. Most of the time you would hook up a Zip disk drive https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zip_drive
A PC was not part of the equation. What are you actually trying to do here?

Modern day soft samplers just blow away old hardware samplers. What are you trying to actually use this for?

Mate I Wish I Could Give Ya Some End Goal But This Was An Impulse Buy A While Ago & I Bought It Cos I'd Seen People Using These I Was Just Gonna Set It Up & Go From There
