I'm lost in this...

I'm lookin for some advice on where to go from here

Here is my situation:

I'm 18 years old and ive been makin beats and rappin since i was 14. for the last 3 years i've been in his rap group wich was tite as fuck ( at least i think so) It was 2 white kids a black kid and a mexican kid and we were called deadly kombination all f us had our own style and everyone i played our shit for was feelin it, We just finished our album this year. ANways, NOw one of my members gotta go to jail for a year and hes been on drugs for a while now he says hes tryn to stay off them now but his personality has changed hella and i jus don't like workin with him anymore.. another member has moved a few cities away so its hella hard gettin in contact with him cuz he moves from friends house to freinds house all the time.. then another member jus strait up doesn't seem into it. So its like I guess i could keep pursuin this group if i really tried but i don't think its gunna work.. its pisses me off cuz I honestly thought we were the shit and i put so much time and heart into this group and i really don't wanna start from scratch on some other shit. I don't think i would make a good solo artist now i thought my style fit so well as a group member. We were hella like hierogliphics style it was dope anyway.. I am lost i don't know what to do.next year i'm goin to sound engineerin school so anyone got any advice?

difficult situation, but it seems like da group thin wont work, u cud jus try n hook up wit da members who r still down. if u still makin beats keep at it, and since u rap, try da solo thing

all of yall need to get together and decide on what to do next. see who and who is still interested and who isnt. if it turns out that you are the only one still interested then you should do your thing wether its by yourself or with someone else...but tha main thing to do is for all of yall to come together somehow and talk about yalls plans together so that everyone will know wuts goin down fa sho instead of havin "second guesses" u feel me.

well it appears that they already made their decisions. to keep it real, i feel that you already did your part on trying to keep things together with them. so ask yourself, what have they contributed lately? and am i waisting my time with them at this point? the way i see it its time to look out for #1 and quit wasting time hoping that things might get better between yall. you have to be a leader now and do whats best for you. and if you never tried going solo then how you know you wont make a good one? this game has no room for doubts. so pick it up and keep moving foward.

Work on being a producer, and hone your mc skills. WHile shopping beats you may find even better MC and then you got a tight group again.
