Let me tell It make dope beats all the time, But every season there is one beat that is just phenom, off the meter and I fall in love with it. I can't stop playing it, I start writting to it, I burn it to cd, and I stop working on it before I finish it because I can't stop from listening to it. I have a new love now, and this is the main reason I'm in this thing, to make music that touches hearts. As most of you know, I work from scratch, so it's a great joy and experience when this phenom happens, it's almost as if you had a child, but without the pain offcourse. Will you ever hear it? no time soon, these tracks go stright to the top secret file lol. I'm sure some of you other cats feel some things about the music. Holla

I can't even put into words the feeling that comes over me. I know exactly what you're talking about. I've only felt that way a few times, but those are the true gems of the bunch. Also, you know it's good when you catch your friends/family hummin' it :)

Peace Out \/

Yea i know the feeling. It seems like my producing goes in phases. Like for one week, im just makin real hot beats, then i lose it for a while before the fire comes again. I never feel like I want to hide them from people though. If this beat is so good, it should be entered in a beat this comp for all to hear.

Jewel I would agree with that if I was a well known producer doing trendy beats that everyone else is biting, but that's not the case. Like when Kayne west plays out, and someone comes with a beat that sounds like that, yeah you can get that effect. But if you are doin you, it's gonna be you whenever whoever hears it. Just think of classic songs, what if they never came out, but was released yesterday, they'd still be crucial. What if midnight train to georgia was a lost song and was released yesterday, it'll still be tight, and it would still make it's money too I believe. If I heard it for the first time yesterday, I would buy it.

yo man I had a moment like that yesterday. Actually I had two moments like that in the past few weeks where I made a track and all day and all night I played it over and over again.... And when it happens it gives you motivation to not only finish it pr perfect it.... This one joint I did last night I did it with 3 different instruments and it still sounded tight....I feel what you say about hiding your gems because you want to perfect it and get some more gems. I am hoping when I begin taking around my beat tape it will open eyes because it will be nothin but gems on there... Right now I got alot of tracks but only 5 or so gems... and the rest are just alright....
