45 bpm/90 bpm but its just annoying, It doesn't sound right, It was sampled before by Sunz of Man on their track

Music played by human beings isnt at one set tempo, there can be small variations that make a big difference to the overall tempo. The more this is a problem, the more chops you need to make to keep it tight. Or use software that can warp the audio.
