I got to play with the trigger finger: my review

I just got back from guitar center, and i wanted to let everybody that was wondering about how the trigger finger feels, that it feals great. The pads are big and have a soft rubbery fealing to them just like the 2xl's pads. All in all the unit was really solid, and the only problem i did have with it, is that the pads didn't seam to sit high enough like the pad in the mpc series

Are them joints nice and durable like the mpc pads? I hate it when i push a pad down on anything and it goes past the surface plate...

they felt great to me, but there not as thick as the mpc's pads. the trigger fingers pads feel better than the 1k's pads to me. but there about the same compared to the 2xls. and no they dont push down like the drum machines in the roland series, they stay in place

Hey NN - Did u notice that on the triggerfinger, theres a perfect spot for assigning controls to your synth parameters.... like yer A,D,S,R?....Tight huh?

is supposedly perfectly set up to trigger scenes and tracks in live aswell

Hey has reason improved its midi assigning yet?....Like, when you say assign the triggerfinger to automate controls over the ADSR on say the subtractor, you would normally have to reassign to use the same controls on another module that has the same parameters....So have they fixed that yet, to where you can just bounce to another mod and still use the assigned controlls in the same way????

Trigger Finger is probally the only "need" im missing from my setup.
