June 2004 I will be celebrating the third Anniversary of my 30th birthday!
Which explains a lot of the frustration I have with some of the comments that I see in these "hip hop" forums

I started making beats in 2001, my cousin was starting a business and sent me some software (Goldwave and Acid 1.0) and ask me to make some beats being that (according to him) I knew hip hop.

but I first fell in Love with hip hop when I was like 7-8 yrs old (Rapper's Delight) like 1978....
down with poppin' & Breakdancing crews all that..... in Brooklyn NY, Sumner Projects.....

But I think it's interesting to hear the views of younger and older hiphop fans as this game changes and changes and ..... yup u guessed it changes again. So it's all love on my part even if I sound like I want to snap somebody in two for not respecting where this all came from, what it was built on. Respect for doesn't mean it has to be like it was but KNOW where it came from so you will have an idea of where you can take it next before it's taken away from us and is unidentifiable!
