How many people here makes beat with Cubase and VSTis?

I just found out how to use my asio drive perfectly so that there is no delay with the VSTis. So I started download Cubase VST 5 and a bunch of VSTi.

I feel like the sequencing and the quantizing is kinda sucky, don't know if it's my setting but i'm not really use to making beats with it. How many people here, use Cubase with VSTis to make there beats? Some recording tips could be toss into the mix also lol.

Yeah bro!! got to have that manual! tryed using cubase se & making beats on that was kind off slow!! i would say ?good for recording though!!but if thats all you got you'll end up mastering it anyway's

i do, but i do all my drums in step. i hardly use quantizing.
