How do you do that kanye-style speeded up voice sample?

allu have to is when u sample the record turn the speed from 33 to 45 then once u sampled it speed the pitch down ooohhhhh and it works betta if u sample slow records

orrrrr you could do it this way

click the button that the vocal is loaded on and u should see a screen like the one attached below... theres a box that allows u to strecth the sample to your desired length... place your mouse over top of this box ,click and hold, and move the mouse forward to make the stretch amount go up and move the mouse back to lessen the amount.
