How do I hook up my Home stereo spkers to my comp?

Just save some money and get the right equipment. It might cost a bit but a good set of monitors is one of the greatest things u can invest in, I mean come on, your working with sound here!
If you did happen tho to be using a better hi fi system in the future and u have a decent sound card with 1/8" jacks, u can simply hook your stereo up to your cpu. Just get an RCA cable with a left/right audio end and a single 1/8" plug on the other end. Plug the left/right audio ends into the back of the hi fi and plug the other end into the mic input on the back of the soundcard and set the hi fi to Auxilary mode.
Even tho this thread has probably been done to death, I thought i'd still contribute something, hope I was helpful!
