hosting Sampletank 2 in Wavelab or Cooledit

yo i need to know if there is a way to host Sample Tank 2 in either Wavlab 3.0 or Cool Edit. Ive been told ill need Cubase or Protools to do it but its gonna be tough to get my hands on either of those programs quickly.

As far as I am aware, these programs only support VST and not VSTi, wherefore you cannot host SampleTank in them.

Hey,

SampleTank is a virtual MIDI synth, you will need to load it into a MIDI sequencer like Cubase or Sonar. Wavelab and Cool Edit are multitrack audio editors and do not support MIDI recording, so trying to load it into one of them will yield lots and lots of frustration.
