i would think this is a big victory for the hispanic community, alberto ''the judge'' gonzales took john ashcrofts place as attorney general, i think this is a big step towards havin a diverse group of peoples runnin the country ,whut yall think

i think thats necessary man, america is a place that should be diverse in all aspects, plus, usually the minorities actually have a real vision and plan unlike many shitheads up in the government

Hey man I think it's cool, other side is anyone they ever pick that is in positions of authority sort of fit in a Role of being neutral....Unkle Thom, etc.....so even though this guy is Hispanic, I dunno about how far he is from his roots, I heard his whole story, it's amazing but I mean it's only a token, sort of like Clarence Thomas on the Supreme court.....he is definitely not the representation of probably 98% of Black people.....and his views are completely aligned with points of view against anything that is positive for the community he came from......so really I don't think it matters much, it's the person inside and what they really think is important......not just catering to their own careers & egos or the way they are perceived and whose sole interest is pleasing their boss not their constituents or the community they came from....
