i cut this sample and im trying to put it in FL Studio, but it doesnt loop back right. what could i do to make it loop back right? i cut the sample with sound forge 7

Open it in Cool Edit and remove air from the beginning and end of the clip.

maybe because of the noise in the begining and the end, that may be difficult to loop it.. but hey i tried... i'll give it to you.
