Help with cubase tempfolder

Hello.

I have a Q. The Cubase temp folder has been stacking up on me. It's over 10 gigs of sounds in the temp. Can I delete it or will this fuck things up?

I don't use Cubase, but I think if you delete it, it will screw up your work files. Do you have enough space on your HD to backup that 10 GB and then delete it from the temp folder? What about saving your files in a bundle file (don't know what the extension is for Cubase), then deleting the temp files?
