Help..Noticing little sounds of crackling noise at end of bass.

I am doing a hip hop version of Hailstones and there alot of piano and drum bass, the beginning of the note sounds nice but towards the ending tone of the bass there is a crackling noise driving me crazy and i cant figure out how to get rid of it I tried to lower the bass i checked my headphones i made sure the the sample was chopped correctly bcs i noticed sometimes how you cut the sample will give off the beginning sound of the next note and you dont want that then i checked to see if it was any effects that i added wasnt that, master sound was on 100 for each track instrument sound varies some are lower than others, but does anyone know if there is an effect or add-on that has noise filter or static removal for fruity loops xl - mixcraft - Reason or cakewalk i can edit with any of these if you have this software. or hiss remover.

try to put a fade on it. just fade it out at the end, or crossfade it with the beginning of the note behind it.
