Help..........Chopping up samples

Yo whats up. I need to improve on one of my weakness. I need tips on how to chop up samples . I have the mpd 16 and use fl studio, reasons and cool edit

Hey,

Use CEP to chop up samples. You can see the waveforms: make selections of each individual hit, go to File>Save Selection As and save each one out. You can then load them into a drum sampler (I assume FL has one) and get busy.
