Going legit! Need answers.

What up Illfam? I'm about to set up my company/companies as legit business's. However I have a music publishing business, t-shirt design biz, a&r, & record label that all must be established. I know I need to decide whether to go w/ s-corp, LLC, or sole proprietor. That 's not the issue.

The question is can I operate all ventures under one name/brand/entity and w/ one tax id number?

This is a hard one for me, so if any savy business peeps are out there who are doing some thangs can get back to me, it will be much appreciated.

I have an LLC and I think that you can do all that under one roof, we are defined simply as "Entertainment"

yeah u can... u can even have diffrent dba names for the indivual companies ..... ie.. mtv is a division of viacom
