Getting Songs off my Roland Fantom-S to Computer

Hello could some one give me a step by step way I can save a completed track from my Roland Fantom-S and then transfer that file through a USB cord to my keyboard.

I know you've got to save the file as an .SMF but when I do that and transfer the saved file to my keyboard the samples and drums I use do not save but instead it's a piano...

If you own a Fantom you know if you turn that black nob and change the current sound or drum kit, well that's what is saving as a Midi...

Meaning I can tell it's my arrangements but its not the sounds I used....

If anyone could help me please do... Or if you know a message board for Roland I could refer to where this may have already been answered I would appreciate it...

you need to back the songs up including the samples....if you save the songs in memory or to the card all you have to do is drag and drop that folder that you see, it says roland tmp or something I will look for the full details for you man, right now I am thinking off the top of my head because I had the fantom s and backed up and restored all the time with no problems....
