garage band for mac .... good from what i hear!!

yo wassgoood anyone peep tha new garage band program yet? from what i have read and heard it is a pretty dope program...and its only 50 bucks!!!!! ...im downloading a copy as we speak so ill try it out and get bac at yall... i the meantime share your thoughts

Hey,

It's like Acid/Cool Edit with a built in softsynth. You load looped files into the multitrack, stretch them out, record some softsynths, and mix it down.

I played with it a little this weekend at the Apple store, it froze up on me when I tried to record some MIDI into it...

wait, so does it provide a library of single sounds? or just loops that you gotta fuck with? cuz theres that othe program from apple, Soundtrack, and if i remember correctly when i was checkin it out, thats all loops. no single sound banks, just loops. any idea as to whether garage bands only loops as well?
