Hey sup guys!
Since I'd buy a pre-amp a friend of mine suggested me to get the SM Pro Audio TB202: a twin channel valve mic preamplifier that features switchable phantom power, phase reverse, -20dB Pad, optical compressor, and fully functional EQ and IT'S SOOO CHEAP...that's why I'm wondering bout it (at my area 185 euro). Any help?
A tech-guy told me it's great for the price.
Cheapness would be great (for the moment: I gotta tell you I'm a newbie on these pre Amps...I know lotta brands and some pieces of dope hardware, such as Joe Meek -the TwinQ would me HOT-, Focusrite, TL Audio, etc. BUT THEY'LL TAKE SO MUCH MORE BUCKS!).
Purpose: give more "colours" and bang, to sampled drums and perhaps sampled basses.
Hope someone's able to help on that one and thanks in advance.
Hed
