came across this. Pretty weird. Why have a chapter on UFO and Aliens if they do not exist? Furthermore, How does Fema know the probable outcomes of thisn type of disaster?

Even then, I think it's useless because imagine yourself as a firefighter and you go to a UFO crash and some aliens are chillin there - what would you do? Follow protocol? No, you'd probably pee your pants or you'd be like "Yo take me with you!".

FEMA prepares all emergencey handbooks to all government agencies. Actually, one of the older manuels from 99 had a cover with the target on the twin towers..lol.
