This is ridiculous (TMZ).

First of all, Empire Distribution is reaching. Really reaching. That's like Burger King suing McDonald's because they sell "burgers" like they do. C'mon now.

Second, the show is really good, that's why this company is trying to make bank by suing FOX.

What's hilarious is that they're demanding $8 million! and they'll shut up, or $5 million if FOX uses their artists as regulars on the show.
