is there a way to get them out? or make em as unnoticable as possible?

You can filter out the low end, and try to overlap your drum sounds with the more dominant drum hits in the sample.

What I do( this works 80% of the time) is cut out the snare in the sample. Go to a portion of the sample where there is minimal or no drum work. Then sample that portion and drop in the empty snare spot.

Chop the sample at the kick and snare. It helps when you're layering the drums.

If you can sometimes you can just cut out the drums. It won't always be smooth but from time to time you can cut out the snare and piece the sample together. You can also replace it (like Joe said) with an earlier cut
