drum pattern help

sup everybody i have a question i'm using reason and program drums using the redrum.. now i'm not the best at programming drums but i wanted to know is there ne tips for programming "tom tom's" ?? thanks

ummm, depends on what tempo of beat your making, i do it on some beats at the 1st of every bar so in a four bar loop you could have the total of 4 hits of the toms, but honestly its totally up to you, just listen and judge it.

haha "tom tom's" thats kinda 'cute' (no homo....) I just call em toms 0_o

anyway... nah just do what feels right... I usually pan them and fuck wit em like that. A on the right, B on the left, C in the middle, then an A on the right. etc.
