Maybe a little bit but when I listen to these tracks they all sound completely different to the usual stuff you'd hear in rap today. There is something to this sound. Something fresh.

I dunno what happened, but Snoop had some tracks a while back that had shitty quality too. Not like really shitty but nothing you re used to. Like their 90s shit sounded MUCH cleaner than this.

E: dunno if im trippin but to me it sounds like his vocals dont ride with the beat that well, like its a bad master.

This EP is sick. The beats are so good. Feeling the artists involved too. I think like Compton, it sounds a bit too brittle mixwise, like where is the bass? But fuck the beats and artistry is fire. Also nice to hear Dre rapping with energy again
