I try to buy XXL whenever I can and I love the little interview thing they do with a producer every issue. Does anyone here have a collection of XXL mags and if so would you consider scanning some of these producer interviews (1 page) from past issues for a playa?

I'd really appreciate this fam...

i buy it but i usually toss it..... i have the latest one. i buy the source as well- but to be honest they are both biased in the same ways, and both are just propaganda for their own agendas. xxl is all on eminems nutts cause he's making them money, the source hates eminem so they can use him to make them money. i buy them just to keep up and learn whats goin on in that side of the hip hop world...

true. I just read the parts that are relevant. I do prefer XXL over The Source because of how good the Source used to be and how wack it got. I think the last issue of the Source I coppped had more advertisements than articles and they gave a "Hot Boys" album 4.5 mics and "The Roots - Things Fall Apart" 3.5 mics. Overall it becam a really wack mag but I do read some parts when I have the chance.

nah... i bout like 3 or 4 over the life of the mag.

im not into hip-hop magazines, for the obvious reasons and some other not so obvious ones, just my beliefs and all.

i do buy this mag called elemental though, its a true to the culture mag.

I'll usually just spend a friday afternoon in Borders reading them all, then just toss them back up onto the shelves
