Does anyone have a pre made simple contract for selling exclusive rights to a beat?

We used to have them on this forum but now that the site has changed a couple of times I cant seem to find it. If anyone has a copy of it or one like it please let me know , I need one asap.

I have a couple of tracks Im selling and I need to get the contract immediately.

No it used to be under reasources is why I didnt see it.

Im not sure this was the one though I dont remember it being zipped, also microsoft being the cockmuncher it is, my current word program cant open any of these so Im going to have to try it at work.

As I recall it may have even been in an article , Im not sure it was like a quick perfect easy simple like 5 line contract that one was exclusive and the other was lease....?

Any of my old heads remember this thing?

I remember a while back that soundclick had sample contracts, from creative commons up to exclusive. Just copy and paste and adapt.
