digi 001

i would like to know if you can use protools 6.8 with the digi 001

with XP?? as far as I know the last version 001 for Windows supported was 6.7..

so you think the 6.8 version will not work with the digi 001.......because i have one of my producers wanting to use the digi 001 and 6.8 ....... pleases tell me if it is a conflict

6.7 was the last version supported for the 001 I believe, if you have MBox or 002 then 6.8 will work...

its the first step that digi design/ protools took to cater to the desktop in house producer for mac and pc, its a self contained multitrack studio...and in my opinion one of the best for home or small studio production when it came out and to me still is, it does everything that I need still 4 or 5 years after I bought it LOL, best of all it runs with protools.... so I can't see myself getting the 002 just yet.
