If you could have any gear within reason, what would your setup be?

(I say within reason because something like the ProTools complete setup is out the question...)

A bunch of vst sound libraries

My room acoustically treated

I would just want a new 24" iMac, firewire interface, some good monitors, MPC or MV8800 and a nice control interface, preferably the Digidesign 003 Factory.

I have to think about my dream set up but its in a basement( a rarity in the south), def treated...
Im gonna have a "Help Relic Build His Home studio" thread, when I get a house one day, allowing for input (and donations) to build an Ill studio!
Right now I have alot of good gear so Im happy, but treated room would be dope!

^^^^ yeah man i need my own crib fo sho ...... i mean my studio is cool and all.. but its basically just a spare room in a brooklyn apartment ... ive got a great setup with the space that it allows but ideally i need my own big basment style studio. My current studio is treated, but its still too small and i got to use the closet for a booth... u cant fit more than 3 or maaaaayyybe (if they are a girl or skinny dude) 4 people in my studio comfortably as it is.... well not that i would want alot of people in there anyway but u get the idea... i need a proper space more than any piece of equipment money could buy.

not counting the records, my dream setup within a reason would be an EMU SP1200 + Akai S950 and a pair of Technics. I've already have the latter two, and I'm saving up for an SP.

I'll be content with that setup.

Im good with what i got got already. All I wish i had now was a good ol' MPC 2500, a Mac, and a shit load of live instruments. Mainly Brass and guitars. A good drum set.

Oh man, there's so much stuff I would like to have if I could; stuff that I don't have but would like:

Happy with my desktop but more ram would be nice,

A new firewire interface, (anything better than what I have now will do); one of those MPCs with just the pads to be used as a midi input device; more vinyl; more analogue synths, (Moog(anything), jupiter 8, anything and everything); guitar; better bass, (fender P would be nice); a decent digital mixer; drum kit; electronic drum kit; heaps of mics; more hardware effects esp old ones like superfuzz, tube screamer; midiverb; spring reverb; fuck man I don't think this list would end, there's always more, lol.
