The signups will be on December 19th at around 8am ET, and end around 8pm ET. Voting will be for 1 day, on December 20th, where the results will be posted the same day.

Theme: Christmas

Your beat MUST have a Christmas feel to it! Sleigh bells are highly recommended. You can use whatever sounds you want, samples, synths, just remember to read the rules for the rest of the restrictions. What the voters will be looking for is originality, creativity, mixing skills and overall dopeness!

For this competition, I was thinking of trying to do the voting like I did with the Battle That that we just had. What do you guys think?

The difference would be of course that you would be voting only for 1 person. So let's say there's 10 contestants, all you have to do is vote for 1. No more "top 5" or points. Well, there would be a "total points" based on how many votes everyone got.

So which do you prefer? The current voting where you post your top 5? Or to vote for 1 person?

P.S. The benefit is that it keeps the results hidden until the end, just like the Battle That.

I just figure it would be simpler for everyone because I know people today don't want to take the time to type something, they'd rather just click. If you guys say you want the top 5 then we'll keep that, that's fine. I want to see what the majority thinks.
