its gotten alot better in the psat couple of years. pretty much due to timmy grins and the maryland hip hop alliance. it definitely isn't anything like new york or L.A., but its growing. i'm actually doing a show on feb 9 at the ottobar. which is thanx to timmy grins. he brings underground emcees to town and gets local cats to open for them. as opposed to three years ago when the only hip hop to hit the city was lil bow wow. its getting better. did you check out wordsworth last night at the elements party? i didn't get the chance to make it. i know it was live
