cubase question

I truely a newbie the this software but im geetting used to it and i have question i know people track their thier beats in wave but in cubase i do mine in midi for some reason so i can get it the way it and i can change instrumenta to get them the way i want them.

Is there a way i can get those midi files that i trackout of my fantom to wave files so i can records over the beat ?

because it allow export it to a midi files so can someone help my with this

What you are going to need to do is. Hook your fantom output to you soundcard inputs to get it into your computer or device. Howm ever you record audio. YOu going to need to play then one by one. Now if your using virtual instrument(VST's) then you will need to export the audio file this is founf un the file menu-Export-Audio Moixdown. Peace

...to be the smartass here: if you're exporting a VSTi, be aware that it exports only the section between the locators!
