Cubase frequency editing?

is there any way to edit a frequncy in cubase or would that have to be done from what your getting the sound from?

lol yea i have i just wanted something simpler tho to do drums drop frequencies low and stuff but its iight

Oh, well then yeah it's just a matter of messing with the EQ. A good way to start is to just use the presets, depending on what EQ you have in your software. I don't know Cubase, but there's obviously some default EQ in there, give that a try.

there is no eq on midi tracks in cubase, unless there is and i cant find it, any help?

Yeah even for MIDI there should be some FX you can add in... You don't see it anywhere? I don't have Cubase so I don't know what's there.

my mixers shoe faders and on top there inputs thats it, i can eq midi only from vstis from steinberg only every other plug dosent eq, i got cubase sl2 by the way

thats Cubase Sl 2 thats it Basic EQ built inside the App Every version of Cubase has Eq on the Mixer

lol i know that mixer but thats only with audio, that only comes up on cubase vstis and audio files, other vsts like intakt dont have that

i was just reading the manual, cant find it, it seems like it dosent come with it, but im going to check the cubase forums and im sure there probly is a plugin eq for midi, but now that i think of it midi is midi, its the audio that gets shaped, midi controls audio, so maybe its just not possible, i just ordered Native Instruments Intakt and i know i can edit frequencies throught that, so i should be good, thank you guys a lot for your help im guessing what i said is correct
