Cracks and Pops?

Yo, so I'm startin up FL and when I play back music, I get cracks and pops. It's really pissin me off. Anyone know a solution?

it might be your RAM. while back when i only had 256 mb of ram i remember fl doing that to me. try closing all applications, if that doesn't work then reinstall it

thanks for the quick reply Chrono, but it aint the arm,,,I got almost a gig.(768) It may be the pop up blocker I have,,,i'll try to turn that off

if it's not your ram, then it might be another application utilizing your sound card, like winamp or audition. even with the firewire410 i notice issues when running more than one app tapping into the sound interface

go into FL and go to options, audio settings and turn up the buffer length, this will eliminate it, i have had this problem before, if not i dont know man............
