I missed the first posting of this video. That was pretty dope. Sampling will never go away, so why not come up with a set fee straight across the board and call it a day. You pay X amount of dollars for sampling no matter how it's flipped, who made it, how much money you made off of it...one set (reasonable) price and everybody is happy. What happened to 'The Verve' with the song "Bitter Sweet Symphony" should have never happened and should never happen again. That was ridiculous.

I think Harry Allen really summed it up in the first video when he said that nobody was intentionally stealing someone elses shit... They just thought it could be used or presented in a different way that related to another genre that is predominately sample based music. These mofo's are tripping! lol
