ok here's the deal. when recording vocals you want your hook to sound the same on the whole song. now is there a way i can bring the copy of my first hook and place it on another time frame in the song PERFECTLY? ive tried dragging it but it seems like its always off a bit. its either too early or too late. there has got to be like a function that puts it at the exact time on the song. thanks for any help

u just gotta zoom in and line it up real tight by ear ,the program has no way of knowing where you want your hook to go

To get a good sense of where to lay that hook next, do the first hook, lay down your 16 bars or however many bars for the firt verse, at the end of the verse somewhere is where you'll copy , paste and drag that hook.....then zoom in and adjust as necessary listening by ear and lining up your "impact word" or word that will start off the first beat of the hook with the firts kick that drops and viola!! HoLla... anybody agree?
