you need a wave editor like soundorge.. if you already got just go to file save as then look where the file name is under it should be a list of file types just choose wav then hit ok

most sound editing programs now a day enables you to open, edit and save .mp3 files, and save them as .wav if you'd want that.

for relic, get Stream Box Ripper
http://www.xpresshtml.net/ click the bar on the left and go to music. click one of the three links to dl it. its really good for converting, small program, quick too. u can choose the setting, bitrate, and all that too, change from mp3 or wav to wav mp3 of wma. has equalizer to change the eq on the track too. wut i use to convert my reason wav files to mp3.
