I wanna know what yall think of chicago as far as hip hop is concerned. I know some of yall might think chicago is wack because we the only big city with no mainstream representation. It seems like if a rapper from the Chi wants to be known he has to go to NY. But theres a lot talent from Chicago such as: JUICE, COMMON, AND TWISTA. Those are just to name a few. I think Twista should be mentioned when people talk about the greatest rappers of all time because he has the illest style I've ever heard and his lyrics stay on point. But of being course being from the Chi he gets overlooked. What yall think?

chicago hip hop as far as i'm concerned = RUBBEROOM, The Opus, Meaty Ogre.
rubberoom's lp is a classic, and so are the opus' 2 lps...
meaty ogre is a very original producer, music historian and crate digger.
i am sure chicago has lots of unknown talents, just as any big city.
