Only a part of it.....I will eventually design my own symbol but until then I'm using it. (it's not the whole thing so I cant be sued if I put it on an album cover to sell...I think...right?)

I also due custom Graphic Designs for a negotiable fee...If anybody needs some work done Holla at me... neggero86@Yahoo.com

I wouldn't use that logo. Even if it is only a part of it, it's still totally the element skateboards logo.

If you are charging cats for graphic design you better be able to design your own logo man!

You might not be sewed because you're a small fish, but that is straight plagerism. "It's not the whole thing..." Well what is sampling?

That logo isn't somthing I will use in doing Graphic Design work...it's just what I use for my music...I don't have my own logo yet for my freelance graphic work, I just call it L-LaMENTs of Design Co. The Element Logo thing is strictly for the music for right now until I buy Adobe Illustrator and I can make my own logo.
