Can't get my MPC 2000xl sounds to stay!

I'm using my MPC as a sequencer for my Triton LE I ran my audio output into a mixer and it works except everytime I record a new track, all previous tracks change to the sound of the new track. If I have a bass sound on track 1 and I record a piano on track 2, track 1 turns into a piano track. How do I get the sounds to stay the same when I change the sounds on my keyboard?

you may need to change the midi channel on your keyboard, at least that what it sounds like to me.
When I change sounds in my triton rack, I have to change midi channels in the keyboard I have midid to it.

Basically its could be a number of things, Make sure your mIDI channel on your MPC corrosponds with the Same midi channel on your trition, also have you checked you trition and make sure its in multitembral mode(so you have all 16 channels to access on your trition)
