Philly, Philly, Philly where I am from, nah spot talent??!! are you looking to sign unsigned acts, well if so just call the numbers of the mixtape DJ's that are on the CD's , tell them you're lookin to get in touch with _________(insert artist name here) and take it from there.
It's too many young boys rappin out here to not get SOMETHING poppin off.
Philly rappers more than most cities are known to still be in the hood so if you out and about passing out your CD's and whatever you'll bump into somebody especially in NY City. Probably the best way is to hit up Google and search "Philly underground", Philly hiphop etc. Bottom line it's not gonna happen from being inside the house, hit the street and make moves! good luck

The radio stations up in philly are power 99 (98.9) and 100.3 the beat.

The Last beat society in Philly was at the Five Spot , it was crazy , 9th wonder tore it down!

Yo has anyone else relized that the philly hip hop scene is really non existent. You got ur gutta street cats rappin on the streets but there really aint no battles or showcases. It's not like NYC where they embrace the culture of hip hop. This is why it is hard to find mc's.
