I just brought a new midi Axiom49 keyboard and I did everything that the manually told me to do but I’ am still not getting any sounds from Reason3.0. Can someone help me because I know I am doing something wrong?

also before you do that, make sure you have installed the drivers first that came with the keyboard then once thats done plug the usb cable in then wait till it finds everything then do the above.

Step 1) Install Drivers from the keyboard on your computer (FYI dont open reason until installation is finished.

Step 2) Restart your computer

Step 3) Turn On the Keyboard.

Step 4) Open Reason!!!!

Step 5) Go to edit-Preferences-midi- go to auto find or somthing of that sort.

Step 6) hit a key so that reason can detect the keyboard.

Step 7) Make Sure the octive is down at 0 (do note that some patchs wont play in certain octives.

Step 8) If the set up doesnt work that way go to Edit-Preferences and select the bus and set the keyboard to bus A, B, C, D or any of them really.

Step 9) Are you selecting the record button the squencer to select what device is going to be used with the midi??

Step 10) If all else fails you tried hard and thats all that matters....Just Kidding throw that keyboard out the window or mail it to me =P

GOOD LUCK!
