audio skips wit tascam us122

anyone experience this be4? kinda weird ill play bak a recording and theylle be actuall skips in it , like a scratched cd

I searched the net for your problem, and some heads on the Tascam forums solved the problem by downloading this Microsoft patch:

but reading the description i dont know how it helped.

And you are not alone, apparently ALOT of people have that problem wit the us122

My friend has the US122 and he has the same problem. He ain't that computer savy so he just ignores it but it fucking drove me crazy evertime I was over his place working on shit. I tried everything I could think of and could not get rid of the problem. I just thought I'd let you know it's not just yours and that I feel your pain. I've come across other posts about this but no fix. Good luck - I know how annoying it is.

big j was sup baby i got that bullshit us 122 also same problem here i did notice that although it skips, when you burn it to a cd it does not skip i think the prob is that its only powered by usb but i think i am gonna have to by something dif if i cant fix the problem so if anyone finds out anything lemme know and i will do the same

messed up they dont have a fix, that pretty much means i need a new fuckin soundcard, that shit was 200 bills at the time i got it too, wack, i wouldnt expect that from tascam, thats grimey
