ASR-X Pro

Hey, im looked at some of the posts on the ASR-X,but i still got some questions.

Is it good for just a by yourself with a turntable kinda setup.

Y is the sequencer so bad.

Does anybody famous use it.

i don't know if anybody famous uses it, but that really makes no difference at all. its a solid machine. the problem with the sequencer comes when trying to edit and play the beat at the same time. it will skip sometimes. its an older piece now so you may have to replace somethings on it if you buy one. but i love the piece. i had one for years. i just recently sold it

I believe Necro, El-P, Large Pro and that guy from living legends forgot his name for a sec uses it. So they are kind of famous but if it will make you famous is up to you...

necro uses the asr-10

el-p uses the eps 16+

i dont know about large pro

ASRX pro is has the same sampling/fx engine as the asr-10 the machine is fire the only things that stopped me hunting one down is the use of floppy disks and lack of wave editing screen.

yea, im just about to get a ASR-x Pro.

and the alchemist does use a asr-10.
