Asr-10

I have an ASR-10 that I never really used too much that I'm trying to sell now. I'm curious if anyone knows if the modulation wheels on the left side of the keyboard are both supposed to be spring loaded or if only one of them is? I currently only have one that is.

Pitch bend wheel is spring loaded, modulation wheel isn't.

One is the pitch bend - spring loaded

The other is the modulation wheel - nonspring loaded, standard on 99.9% of keyboards that way.
