ASIO in FL Studio?

Not too long ago I just installed "ASIO4ALL" in hopes of removing latency between my soundcard, mpd16, flstudio and whatever else but now I cant hear any sounds whatsoever, i'm almost positive this isn't a glitch and is just me halfassing the whole installation/utilizing process of ASIO in the first place, but can someone help me out here?

@NobleWordz: Yep, when I set it as my output is when I usually hear nothing
