Anyone here live in Florida? A few questions.

I was Born and raised in Tampa Florida, Went to college and FSU(Tallahassee) and then got the hell outta that state. All in all i dont like florida. . Its kinda sad to say that casue im very proud of my roots. (im a southern cat threw and threw)

But honestly. Im glad i got the hell out. I guess it would be a different perspective if your coming in from outta state. But Tampa is a trap to me. People doing the same things, hanging on the same corners. Cats selling dope to the same crackheads. ... Blahh..

Brooklyn was like that for me....so was Newburgh when I moved out of Brooklyn...


You get that because you grew up there..so you're familiar with a lot of the people.....Now you move to an area when you're already an adult and things are different, because you didn't grow up with them...

That's a good poit but I just don't like the culture of Tampa. All I seee when i visit is the messed up stuff. I wish I could view my home town with fresh eyes. Ohh well

Yeah...

Tampa is nice...but I can see where you're coming from with that city.....But I notice the same thing with Orlando...I love it here in Lake Mary......definitely a place where I would probably end up staying....because it's such a great place to live...

when I first moved there I lived in temple terrace. man what a shit hole. i was on 50th and busch. It was a decent neighborhood once you get past 56 street. or off busch.

I live in South Beach and I love living here. I like not having a real winter but Hurricane season does suck. When Hurricane Wilma hit some people didnt have power for about a month and there was a curfew. I was out of work for almost a month.

it depends where in tampa. when i left temple terrace i moved to carrollwood. up the street from gaither high school. it was a great neighborhood to live in.
