ok well i treid to sample sum mayfield...pusherman had sum bongos but they r liek impossible to get wayy too much background noise...is there a specific song thats got bongos without all the background noise

hmmm i think donnie hathaway "little ghetto boy" has a long precussion solo. I can rember if it has congos or not though. Also try some issac hayes i think "walk on by" may have some too.

I Have Them, I Got Them Off The Trition I Just Sampled Them Into My Mpc. Also I Have A Indie Sound Cd And They Have Alot Of Similar Precussion Loops. If You Know Some One With A Trition, Or Have On Yourself Thke The Sounds Out Of There

I don't understand why people are looking for "pete rock kicks" and "kanye bongos" and "eminem cowbells" nshyt. You propbably already have them in you samplers soundbank. Kanye sounds like he's just using regular bongos. It's not he has his own special brand of bongo drumz or some shit.

Bongo drums from a keyboard

If you have a keyboard then just sample the bongos from the percussion kit and then tweak them. I'm pretty sure that's what Kanye does. I've done from a Triton and it's worked fine...holla back kid!!!

Like Manji said, you can find bongo (or any kind of percussions, actually) free... bongos are bongos, if the sound is not what you really want, tweek them or look for others, but it's not like it's that hard to find!

thanx for all the help, id tweak bongos...if i actually had sum i dont have a percussion kit i couldnt find 1

i removed the sound from the bongos i tried to sample but it still sounded like a noise reduction was on it
