I have a little problem, maybe someone here could help me. While I record I get a weird humming sound in the background. Does anyone know why? I can hear it when I burn it on CD, it really pisses me off. If anyone had this problem, please help a brother out. Thanks

you get the buzzing out of your monitors or is it getting recorded along with your audio? do you hear the sound if your playing audio that you imported rather then recorded? do you hear it in any other programs? how bout if you turn off all your gear and record "silence"?

Well, if you're using Pro Tools, you ALREADY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE BESTEST SOUNDCARD IN THE UNIVERSE...EVER!

That aside...without sending audio into the soundcard, are you able to record the buzzing sound? There may be a ground loop or some other source of interference which is being recorded.
